Editorial design

Magazines, catalogues, reports, cultural publications, and complex long-form layouts.

Professional InDesign-based workflow+

Every book project is built in Adobe InDesign, using a professional publishing workflow rather than improvised Word or Canva layouts. This gives us precise control over typography, styles, master pages, image placement, pagination, and final export settings. It also makes the project easier to manage when a book needs multiple formats, corrections, platform-specific files, or future updates.

Print-ready production knowledge+

A beautiful book still needs to work in production. We prepare files with print requirements in mind: trim size, bleed, margins, spine width, image resolution, color settings, embedded fonts, and platform-specific PDF export. This matters especially when a book is going to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, a local print house, or more than one distribution channel.

Platform-specific publishing files+

Different publishing platforms often require different technical settings, even when the book itself is the same. We prepare files for agreed platforms such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Draft2Digital, or other print and ebook workflows. That includes paperback, hardcover, ebook covers, print PDFs, reflowable EPUBs, fixed-layout files where appropriate, and adjusted cover templates when page count or paper type changes.

Experience with long-form and image-heavy publications+

Niokoba’s background includes books, catalogues, magazines, reports, illustrated publications, and other complex editorial projects. That experience helps us handle long manuscripts, large image sets, multi-section layouts, captions, front and back matter, and visual pacing across many pages. The result is a book that feels designed as a complete publication, not just formatted page by page.

Clear guidance for authors and creative teams+

Many authors come to us with a finished manuscript but without a clear publishing process. We help define what files are needed, which decisions affect production, and what has to be confirmed before final export. For publishers, small presses, and creative teams, we provide structured design and production support that fits into a broader publishing workflow.

Independent authors

Professional design and publishing guidance for self-publishing projects.

Publishers and small presses

Reliable cover, interior, and production support for multi-title workflows.

Creative and cultural teams

Editorial design for catalogues, art books, magazines, and visual publications.
